We offer a 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. If you are not satisfied with AIXNova within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. Subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have used less than 20% of your purchased credits and request within 7 days of purchase.
Email us at writexnova@gmail.com with your account email and purchase details. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
